Inspired by the bowl on spaghetti Buddy eats in the movie “Elf”, this funnel cake is topped with maple syrup (duh, one of the four main food groups), chocolate syrup, strawberry syrup, m&ms, mini marshmallows and s’mores pop tarts.

Since being a kid, I’ve always wondered what the hot chocolate in the Polar Express would taste like… Here’s my take! Rich, creamy and just the perfect hint of peppermint. Delish!
