Pumpkin Oat Milk Shaken Espresso

A fall spin-off of Starbuck’s beloved brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso

We all LOVE the Starbucks brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso beverage… Soooo… Why not add some pumpkin into the equation?!


Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin puree

  • 2 tsp brown sugar

  • 1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • 4oz freshly brewed espresso (*1)

  • 1/2c oat milk creamer

  • Ice

  • Mason jar or cocktail shaker

Directions:

  1. In the bottom of your mason jar or cocktail shaker, add the pumpkin puree, brown sugar and pumpkin pie spice. Pour the fresh espresso over and give everything a mix so there are no lumps.

  2. Add enough ice to fill the the glass or shaker a little over halfway, then pour in the oat milk creamer.

  3. Place the lid on your mason jar or cocktail shaker and give everything a nice shake, about 30 seconds to get that frothy top. Remove the lid and drink straight out of your mason jar, or pour from your cocktail shaker into your glass of choice. Enjoy!

Notes:

  1. *If you don’t have espresso, just use 4oz of strongly brewed coffee.
